Hi, and welcome to the sanctum.
I’m a mama, wife, bibliophile and full spectrum doula. The call to the birth world happened in late 2018 shortly after my husband and I moved to Houston from New Jersey. Since then, birth has become not just my passion— but my path. One that’s taught me to trust the deep, ancestral wisdom of my own body. That trust led me to birth both of my daughters at home, wrapped in love, music, and the soft glow of intention.
I believe birth is meant to be powerful, intuitive, and profoundly personal. I’m devoted to walking beside women who want to reclaim their knowing—who want to remember the voice of their womb, tune into their intuition, and be supported without pressure or agenda.
My postpartum meal offering was born from that same devotion—nourishing mothers as they cross the threshold with warmth, care, and adoration.
Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, your experience matters. Your story is sacred. And you never have to walk it alone.
It’s an honor to hold space for your unfolding.
